Yes, Verax Hire offers delivery and pick-up services on all our equipment with a range of vehicles including utes, trailers, tilt tray, flat deck and step deck trucks. We also offer trailer packages on selected items where customers can collect and return equipment themselves.

No, we do not supply operators (wet hire). We only supply the hired equipment (dry hire).

Our minimum hire period is one day (8 hours use in a 24 hr period) for most items. For longer shifts or double shifts please ask one of our team for appropriate rates. We also offer discounted rates for longer-term hires.

We require credit card details at the time of hire unless you have an approved 30-day credit account with Verax Hire.

Ideally yes. If you return the equipment and it does require refuelling, we will charge you a refuelling fee. The refuelling fee is generally higher than what you pay at a petrol station.

The Admin & Environmental Levy is a percentage of the hire revenue. The levy is in consideration of any oils, grease or other environmental contaminants used, applied, or discarded in connection with our equipment and costs associated with our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability.

The Damage Waiver reduces your liability for hired equipment that is lost or damaged while on hire. The fee is a proportion of the hire fee and reduces your liability except in situations expressly stated in our Terms & Conditions of hire. The Damage Waiver may be removed for account customers that provide suitable coverage for hired equipment in their insurance policy as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

If equipment is returned with excess amounts of mud, dust, coal, overspray, corrosion or other material, there may be additional charges for cleaning or rectification at Verex Hire’s discretion.

We are closed on most public holidays, however if you have an urgent requirement, please contact our team prior to make alternative arrangements if possible.
